Electric potential computed with CASICAF’s MC electrostatic solver on a 3D micro pocket detector geometry (Fig. 15). Two cases were studied to consider all the possible configurations. The four anodes at +200 V are delimited by blue squares while cathodes at zero potential are not noticeable. The voxel geometry has a 0.05 mm discretization step. Few million random walks were used to reduce the uncertainty.
