BDSIM/FISPACT-II radioactive decay workflow. For each event, a random number is generated to select a mesh based on the target nuclide activity and then a bin based on the mesh nuclide concentration distribution. In this example, the radioactive nuclide was chosen to be placed in Bin 1 of Mesh 2.
